Free or discounted shipping on large orders!

We partner with FedEx and with global mail to ship all of our products worldwide. Shipping options are explained below and change in terms of service level, time required and price.

Non trackable via global mail

Starting from $2.99, varies by destination – Global mail – Delivery in working days: 6-8 EU, 10-14 US & CA, 14-16 rest of the world

Please note that you won't receive a tracking no. with this kind of shipment.

This shipping method is slower than FedEx. We suggest it for medium orders where you don't have time constraints on the delivery date.

Trackable standard via global mail

Starting from $4.99, varies by destination – Global mail – Delivery in working days: 6-8 EU, 10-14 US & CA, 14-16 rest of the world

This shipping method is slower than FedEx. We suggest it for medium orders where you don't have time constraints on the delivery date.

Trackable premium via FedEx

Starting from $7.99, varies by destination – FedEx – Delivery in working days: 1-2 EU, 3-5 US & CA, 3-8 rest of the world

This is by far the quickest and most reliable of our shipping options. It's powered by the awesome FedEx which took us quite some time to strike a good deal with. This deal allows us to offer the quality of one of the best carriers in the world at an affordable price. We advise you to opt for this option by the largest extent, the go to option for medium and large orders.

Free shipping

We offer shipping discounts on large orders. Namely:

  • $89+ orders: $5 discount on shipping (Trackable premium becomes free most of the times)
  • $129+ orders: $10 discount on shipping

Packaging

Packaging depends on the composition of the order:

  • Only stickers: envelope
  • Clothing: soft package
  • Mugs: hard box
  • Posters: cardboard tube

In case of mixed orders, we’ll use a packaging that can contain all the ordered items.

When opting for Trackable standard the shipping is handled by local postal companies like USPS in the USA, Deutschepost in Germany, Poste Italiane in Italy. If you opt for Trackable premium, the shipping will be handled by FedEx (recommended).


Lost orders and late delivery

Before contacting Unixstickers to report a lost order or late delivery, please follow steps 1, 2 and 3 below (this only applies for orders shipped with international mail, not to FedEx):

1. If your order is trackable, have you checked on the status of your order using our order tracking system?
2. Has it been 45 working days, not including Sundays, since your order was despatched? See our Terms and Conditions of sale.
3. Have you contacted your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you?

In the unlikely event that your order has been lost in transit, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). Please be aware that you must contact us within 60 days of the despatch date of your order if it hasn't arrived via the postal service. Unfortunately claims for lost in transit orders after this time cannot be accepted.

If the required number of working days has elapsed please contact Customer Services.

 

Please note that we don't send orders to the following states: Malaysia, Indonesia, Tunisia, Guatemala, Algeria and Morocco.

Also note that, during extremely busy periods such as Christmas Holidays, all kind of shipments may experience delays.
